Bartending Service Policy

Welcome to Hire a Bartender Now. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties, please review our service policy below. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your date and bartender(s).
- The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event.
- We accept payments via credit/debit card, Cash App,m Zelle, and PayPal.
- Bookings made less than 7 days before the event must be paid in full upon confirmation.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 14+ days before the event will receive a refund of any payments made excluding the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund or make every effort to provide a suitable replacement.
3. Alcohol Responsibility
- We do not provide or sell alcohol. Clients must supply all alcoholic beverages for the event.
- We can assist with beverage planning and provide shopping lists upon request.
- Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that alcohol is not served to minors or overly intoxicated guests.
4. Bartender Conduct & Safety
- Our bartenders arrive 30–60 minutes early to set up and are professionally trained.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is underage or visibly intoxicated.
- For the safety of our staff, we do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or unsafe working conditions.
- If the environment is deemed hostile, the bartender may leave, and no refund will be issued.
5. Setup Requirements
- Clients must provide a suitable bar space or table, shade (if outdoors), access to water, and adequate lighting if needed.
- If bartending tools, coolers, or portable bars are required, they can be provided for an additional fee.
6. Liability
- We carry general liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents related to alcohol consumption or guest behavior.
- The client assumes full responsibility for all guests and event space.
7. COVID-19 or Health Protocols
- Our staff maintains high hygiene standards and will follow any venue-specific or state-mandated health requirements.
